continue 1/2 mile (west) to Hawthorne. Turn left and go straight thru
the light and turn left on North Main Ext.which turns into N. Arthur
for 1.3 miles. Auction site on the right. Watch

by the seller within 24 hrs. Successful bidders shall deposit
10% irrevocable earnest money on the day of the auction, with the
balance due 30 days or less in certified funds.
All bidders must have financial arrangements secured 48 hrs.
prior to bidding. Possession
upon closing, marketable title transferred by warranty deed subject
to easements, covenants and reservations of record. Seller is to pay
all of 2011 and prior property taxes. Descriptions and information
